Ukuran untuk properti adalah 5x5 m untuk kamar dan 3x 3,5m untuk kamar mandi. Dalam tempuh mudah 20 hingga 30 menit berjalan kaki dari taman Gunung Mahawu dan gunung berapi serta Gua Susuripen. Destinasi wisata lokal yang lebih jauh dengan akses mudah dari lokasi antara lain pasar ekstrem Tomohon yang terkenal, Gunung Berapi Lokon, Pagoda Ekayana, Bukit Doa dan Danau Linow.
