Your morning starts with a pickup by air-conditioned coach between 8am and 8:30am from your centrally located Seoul hotel. First, visit the National Museum of Korea — home to ancient artifacts and treasures dating back through the centuries.. As you explore the hallways and galleries with your guide, gain insight into South Korea’s rich history and culture — from the Joseon era to the present day. Then, head on to the Cheonggyecheon Stream — an ancient waterway once covered by concrete and today regenerated for the enjoyment of Seoul’s residents and visitors. Stroll along the banks of the stream and soak up the atmosphere in this colorful corner of central Seoul. Stop at an amethyst factory and perhaps pick up a souvenir stone of amethyst (own expense). Then, conclude your 3.5-hour tour at City Hall in central Seoul.
