The pleasure of staying in the apartment is anticipated by the look : clean furniture, cozy decoration. This one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom apartment is the perfect place to have a pleasant stay and rest. Its sober and elegant Scandinavian furniture evokes elegance in all its simplicity. Its most remarkable assets are its location (proximity to the beach, airport, various amenities and supermarkets). Security guard available.

The space
The apartment is on the ground floor (there are 4 apartments on the ground floor) in a quiet building in the AÏBATIN district and quickly accessible via the paved road located only 100m away.
It is 2km from Fidjrossè Beach, a 20-minute walk. Cotonou International Airport is located about 4 kilometers from the accommodation or about 8 minutes by car. The area offers all kinds of amenities not far from the residence : Pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, . All the ingredients for a successful stay are in place.
The building has a garage with 3 car seats. The cars that will park inside will line up one behind the other, which means that if you park after a person , they may come to ask you to take out their car and vice versa if you park before. This is a precision so you can better understand the configuration.
The air-conditioned accommodation consists of the following:
- A living room with TV, Canal+ Decoder, elegant furniture and decor
- A bedroom with a bed and comfort mattress, headboards with bedside lamps, a storage closet and a shelf. I put two sets of sheets (Sheet+ Blanket + 2 cases), two towels. An iron and a hairdryer are provided.
- A kitchen equipped with utensils in full range, a microwave oven, hob + gas, fridge, coffee kettle, rice cooker, fryer.
- A bathroom
- The apartment does not have a hot water system
VERY IMPORTANT POINTS
- ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
For stays of less than or equal to 3 weeks, electricity consumption is offered at a rate of 5,000 FCFA per week. If you consume more, the difference is up to you.
- For stays longer than 3 weeks, electricity consumption is entirely at your expense.
- WATER CONSUMPTION Water
consumption is free (of course it will have to be used responsibly. Thank you).
- CLEANING and LINEN
The cleaning of the apartment and the linen (sheets and blankets) are at your expense.
I can provide you with a person who will be in charge of cleaning, service which will be charged to you.
- SATELLITE TV
The subscription for Canal+ TV channels is not included
- Gas is free but must be used responsibly. You will only be entitled to a gas cylinder replacement in case the gas ends during your stay.
Guest access
You have access to the apartment and all its rooms. You can also park your car inside the house if someone has not already parked their car there, or outside where there is a secure car park (a security guard is present from 7pm to early morning).
Other things to note
Check-in time is between 9am and 7pm.
As for the exit, it takes place on the last day at the latest at noon.
