After setting a new club record in his first season, he won the Premier League Golden Boot after scoring 32 goals in 36 games. He is the first player to receive three Premier League Player of the Month awards in the same calendar year. At the conclusion of the 2017–18 campaign, his exceptional play earned him numerous accolades, including the PFA Players' Player of the Year, Football Writers' Player of the Year, and PFA Fans' Player of the Year. For the Best FIFA Men's Player award for 2018, Salah came in third.
